Tenders are invited for the supply of ONE (1) grader equipped with all the standard and/or available optional equipment as requested with a possible trade in of a 2014 JD 772GP or a 2022 Caterpillar 140-15 AWD.
Submission of tenders for “Grader” will be accepted for a NEW 2026 or 2027 grader by the R.M. of Glenside No. 377 until 3:00 p.m. November 9th, 2026.
Tenders are to be received in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Grader Tender” and addressed to:

Alternatively, tenders will be received by email clearly identified in the subject line “Grader Tender” to [email protected].
Tenders received later than the time specified will not be accepted regardless of the post mark date or courier delivery schedule.
There will be no public opening for this tender.
Tenders submissions must include full specifications, warranty and after sales support details,( including service location and mileage/service charges), pricing with attachments and differences in specs listed separately.
