The Rural Municipality of St. Louis No. 431 is accepting tenders for the supply of clear diesel fuel delivery for two 1000-gallon storage tanks in the RM Maintenance yard in Hoey. The approximate usage per year is 115,000 liters. Actual liters required for 2027 may be different.
Please provide price per liter plus GST. Also provide availability of fuel monitoring devices and additional cost, if any.
Tenders to be received by the Administrator no later than 4:00 p.m. November 10, 2026, tenders will be opened at the regular meeting of Council on November 12, 2026. Results will be provided on or after November 13, 2026.
No tender forms or documents will be provided.

The Municipality reserves the right to refuse any or all tenders, and the lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted. The Municipality further reserves the right to award or refuse tenders based on a past working history with a contractor.
