Canada has a requirement for Institutional Chaplaincy Services on an as and when requested basis for the provision of religious and spiritual services to federal offenders of all faiths in all Correctional Services Canada (CSC) institutions across Canada. This solicitation is intended to result in the award of one (1) Standing Offer (SO). The period of the SO will be for one year, from issuance, with the irrevocable option to extend the SO by five additional one year periods under the same conditions. The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian services. There are security requirements associated with the requirement of the Standing Offer.
