Unless specified otherwise in the tender opportunity, all required supporting documentation and responses must be submitted by the response deadline time of 1400 ET . All responses submitted after 1400 ET will result in the submission being declared non-responsive. Work under this Standing Offer shall comprise the supply of General Contractor Services as requested by Correction Services of Canada for construction, alterations, and repair work, at the following institutions: Bowden Institution in Innisfail, AB, and Pê Sâkâstêw Centre, in Maskwacis, AB. Services are to be provided on an “as required” basis in the form of call-ups for various General Contractor Services. It is anticipated that only 1 firm will be issued a standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a term of three years.
