This requirement is for the establishment of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for CORCAN-Correctional Service of Canada for the supply of light blue muslin fabric to be used in the manufacturing of sheets. Orders will be issued on an "as & when requested" basis from the date of issuance of the Standing Offer for a period of one (1) year with the possibility to extend for three (3) additional one-year period.
