All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest by 2 PM EDT on November 4 , 2022 . All bids submitted after 2 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. PWGSC, on behalf of Natural Resources Canada, is issuing this request for proposal for the acquisition of one drone UAV equipped with one LIDAR scanner, one hyperspectral camera and one navigation system located in Québec, Québec, Canada as detailed in Annex A.
