AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on November 15, 2022 by 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Natural Resources Canada (NRCan), has a requirement for the supply and delivery of one (1) solar simulator. CanmetENERGY Devon (CE-D) a division of NRCan is located in Devon, AB. This instrument will be used to simulate summer solar activity in the Arctic for laboratory experiments conducted for the Marine Conservation Targets project. For the complete performance specifications and instructions that must be satisfied in order for a bid to be deemed responsive, refer to the Compliance Matrix listed herein.
