Description of the Requirement:

The Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) requires an Organizational design and Classification resource(s) to analyze classification data, conduct desk audits, write job profiles, job descriptions and benchmarks profiles, evaluate jobs (i.e. classify), write reports, test and validate job evaluation plans and related benchmark profiles to support the modernization of current classification standards.

Level of Security Requirement:

There is no security provision for this requirement.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of:

the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP);
the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA);
the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA);
