This sourcing event aims to update the building replacement value of the City’s owned buildings and also provide guidance on cost escalations and the process to be followed.
The Consultant will determine the best method to calculate building replacement values based on best practices, review all owned buildings to categorize them as prescribed, then place an updated building replacement value on each building, providing a before and after comparison of building replacement values.
