Tender description
The purpose of this request for proposal is to obtain Specialized Financial services for the delivery of international climate finance and DFATD International Assistance Innovation Program (IAIP) through repayable financial instruments.
This includes providing targeted and ad-hoc technical support on blended finance vehicles, including but not limited to the areas of due diligence, risk management, financial analysis and modelling, and support to DFATD during the negotiation of proposed investments.
DFATD strives for excellence in the delivery of its international assistance to ensure that its blended finance programs receive sound, timely and strategic advice based on experience and expertise.
