Tenders must be accompanied by a digital bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total sum tendered.
A pre-tender meeting will be held for this project at 10:00 AM MST (UTC-6) July 28, 2026. Attendance at the pre-tender meeting is recommended and highly encouraged to ensure proponents have a clear understanding of the project requirements. Notification of attendance to pre-tender meeting is required on at 11:59 PM MST (UTC-6) July 26, 2026.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders. The lowest or any other tender will not necessarily be accepted.
