Tender description
The National Research Council Canada (NRC) requires the purchase of an Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) system to support nanoscale surface characterization and analysis at the Quantum and Nanotechnologies Research Centre (QN). The system will support NRC research activities and collaborative work with other NRC research centres, other government departments, and external clients.
