Full description

PacifiCan requires the services of a Contractor with expertise in supply chain analysis and development related to major projects, particularly in remote areas and with Indigenous economic participation. The Contractor will write a report assessing anticipated demand for goods and services in Northwest B.C. stemming from major project development. It will require analysis of the potential for local (Northwest B.C.), provincial (B.C.), and domestic (rest of Canada) companies to meet procurement demand from proponents. The report will also identify specific opportunities for local suppliers and best practices and lessons learned from previous project cycles (e.g., Site C) for project proponents to make opportunities more accessible to local companies.
For the purpose of this report, the Contractor will assess the following major projects:
· LNG Canada Phase 2
· Cedar LNG
· Ksi Lisims LNG
· Prince Rupert Gas Transmission Pipeline
· Red Chris Mine Expansion
· North Coast Transmission Line (NCTL) Expansion
· CANXPORT
