Tender description
Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. Work under this Regional Individual Standing Offer covers the supply of all labour, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and supervision required to locate underground utilities on an “as and when” required basis for the Department of National Defense (DND) at CFB Cold Lake and Primrose Lake Evaluation Range (PLER). The Standing Offer will be issued for a term of 3 years with option of 2 x 1-year. It is anticipated that 2 firms will be issued the standing offer issued for the proposed term and value. The call up process is right of first refusal to top ranked.
