This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo to prospective proponents to submit a proposal (“Proposal”) for Instrumentation and Control (I&C) Support Services for Water and Wastewater Infrastructure as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The term of the Agreement is intended to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of the Municipality to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) one (1) year terms.
