Full description

This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The qualification list will expire within 60 days or upon award of a contract in Phase Two, whichever is earlier, and the prequalification list will not be used in any other solicitation.
In general, Work under this contract consist of:
Removal and replacement of sealant at exterior precast concrete panels, windows and curtain wall perimeters of specific building modules. Site of Work is at: Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Centre (NAFC), located at 80 East White Hills Road, St. John’s, NL A1A 5J7. The Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Centre (NAFC) is a Classified Federal Heritage Building. Care should be taken throughout the duration of the Work to prevent irreversible damage to the building. Should any accidental damage occur the Contractor must inform the Departmental Representative immediately.
