Full description

Export Development Canada (EDC) requires continued access to assessment-based learning and development services that support employee onboarding, leadership development, team effectiveness, and organizational development initiatives across the organization. The services must provide a consistent and scalable framework for understanding behavioral & communication preferences, workplace interactions, and team dynamics. The framework is used to support self-awareness, collaboration, leadership effectiveness, employee development, and the integration of new employees into EDC's culture and ways of working.

The requirement includes access to employee assessments, participant learning resources, profile reports, practitioner accreditation and renewal services, facilitator resources, and related support materials that can be used in both virtual and in-person environments. The services must enable EDC to maintain internal practitioner capability and continue delivering employee onboarding, team development, and leadership development activities using a common organizational framework. The solution must support ongoing administration of employee profiles and provide the resources necessary to sustain an established organization-wide development approach that is currently integrated into EDC's employee experience and organizational development practices.
