The objective of this contract is to develop an Indigenous Nursing Recruitment and Retention Guide that provides an Indigenous-led, distinctions-based perspective to equip employers, organizations, post-secondary educational institutions, and health system administrators with practical tools to enhance the recruitment and retention of Indigenous nurses.
