Tender description
AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 9-September-2026 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide Janitorial Services to Canadian Forces Base Borden for one (1) year, with the option to extend for four (4) additional one (1)-year periods. The Offeror must attend the mandatory site visit. The site visit will be held at 51 Golan Road Building T83, CFB Borden, ON L0M 1C0 on August 19, 2026, beginning at 9:00 EDT, in Borden, Ontario. Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than August 14, 2026 at 1400 EDT to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of their representatives..
