Primary and Preventative Health Services - Request for Proposal - RFP 26-2085 - Rural Service, Capacity and Outcomes Performance Evaluation (R-SCOPE)

The R-SCOPE project entails a holistic assessment and evaluation of RHPAP’s current activities, programs, and outcomes. The project will consist of four phases including the creation of an evaluation plan and framework, assessment, and evaluation. Findings will help inform consultations on future strategic planning for the role of RHPAP in a refocused health care system. Information gained may also be used by PPHS or RHPAP to develop and test innovative methods for attracting, recruiting and retaining health care professionals across the province.
