ALERT is seeking Submissions for a dual-site, petabyte-scale enterprise file storage and tape backup solution to replace existing storage and tape library infrastructure at two Alberta datacentres. The solution must support large multimedia workloads, SMB file services, high availability, data protection, and ongoing backup and recovery operations.
The scope includes enterprise file storage, LTO-10 tape libraries, backup software and licensing, tape media, ancillary hardware and software, installation, configuration, testing, training, and five-year manufacturer support.
All submission requirements, technical particulars, evaluation criteria, pricing templates, timeline information, forms, instructions, deadlines, and process terms are set out in the attached RFS document. Proponents are responsible for reviewing the complete RFS, all appendices, and any addenda issued within the established addenda timeline before submitting a response.
