The Ministry of Children and Family Services (CFS) is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to provide instructional design services in support of the redevelopment of the Effective Intercultural Practice (EIP) Training Program.
The successful Contractor will apply instructional design expertise to redevelop the existing two-day EIP curriculum into a modern, evidence-informed one-day facilitated learning program suitable for both in-person and virtual delivery. The Contractor will work collaboratively with Ministry representatives and multicultural subject matter experts (procured separately) to ensure the curriculum reflects current policy, leading practices, adult learning principles, and the realities of working with immigrant and refugee children, youth, and families in Alberta.
The project includes curriculum redevelopment, development and delivery of a Train-the-Trainer program, validation through pilot delivery, support for provincial implementation
planning, and completion of a summative evaluation to inform future delivery of the program.
