This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, Health Services at Bath Institution in the Ontario Region.

Nature of Requirements:

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

The Correctional Service Canada (CSC) has a requirement to obtain professional physiotherapy services to support the delivery of essential health care services to inmates at Bath Institution in the Ontario Region, in accordance with the Corrections and Conditional Release Act, applicable Commissioner’s Directives, and CSC health services policies.

Objectives: to provide essential physiotherapy services, delivered in compliance with applicable legislation, professional standards, and CSC policies, while supporting continuity and integration of institutional health services.

Deliverables: The Contractor (Physiotherapist) must provide essential physiotherapy services to inmates, at the
Project Authority (or delegate) request, in accordance with the National Essential Health Services Framework, including any amendment to this Framework issued by CSC during the contract period. These services must include, but are not limited to, assessments, treatment and the provision of patient education.

All deliverables must meet accepted professional standards of practice.

Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.

Estimated quantity of commodity: see solicitation document statement of work and basis of payment.

Duration of Contract and Time Frame for Delivery: The Work is to be performed during the period of December 1, 2026 to November 30, 2029.
