Amendment 001: THIS AMENDMENT IS BEING RAISED TO EXTEND THE
SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE FROM March 26, 2013 at 2pm to April 3,
2013 at 2pm.

PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:
R.046797.002, Major General Pearkes Building, 101 Colonel By

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project consists of connecting fifteen (15) floor drains in
the 4th floor mechanical room.
Work is to be completed within fifteen (15) weeks after contract
award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the
following category: Category 2 $100,000 to $250,000.
MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At
bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated
Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this
requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
consideration will be given to the Bid.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
There will be a site visit on March 13, 2013 at 10a.m.
Interested bidders shall meet at the main entrance of the Major
General Pearkes Building, 101 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa, Ontario
K1A 0K2.
PLEASE NOTE: All bidders wishing to attend the site visit should
submit their names and dates of birth to Kristin Cook via email

guarantee admittance to the building.
