Description of the Requirement:This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Department of National Defence (DND) [the "Client"] for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services. The requirement is for two (2) 5.15 Junior Technical Clerks to assist Directorate of Maritime Management and Support (DMMS) Management Information System (MIS) and the Navy; in the NCR. The intent of this bid solicitation is to result in the award for up to 2 contracts, which will be chosen based off their rank in descending order of combined rating of technical merit and price. Level of Security Requirement: Company Minimum Security Level Required Canada X SecretSpecial comments: N/A Resource Minimum Security Level Required Canada X SecretSpecial comments: N/A Applicable Trade Agreements: World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). Associated Documents:Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly, from the Contracting Authority, to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT RFP DOCUMENTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON THE GOVERNMENT ELECTRONIC TENDERING SYSTEM (https://buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders). Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of contract shall be from 1 August 2020 to 31 March 2021. Estimated Level of Effort:The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 180 days.
