Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to rehabilitate the existing sanitary sewer main within E & F ducts using cured in place pipe (CIPP) technology.
Objectives: To rehabilitate the existing sanitary sewer main within E & F ducts using cured in place pipe (CIPP) technology to restore structural integrity, eliminate infiltration and exfiltration, and extend service life with minimal disruption to operations.
Deliverables: the Contractor must keep site Disruptions (including, but not limited to noise, dust and smells) to a minimum. The Contractor must communicate all anticipated disruption to the Project Authority ahead to allow CSC to distribute communications.
1. Schedule:
a. The Contractor must perform the work during Saskatchewan Penitentiary’s regular business hours from Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00
b. The Contractor must provide a Detailed Schedule upon contract award.
2. While on site, the contractor and sub-contractors must cooperate fully with operational staff and conform to all security requirements.
3. The Contractor must provide Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals, that include the following information as a minimum:
a. Manufacturer product data
b. Maintenance Schedule
c. Warranty information
4. The Contractor must submit the operations and maintenance (O&M) manuals for CSC’s acceptance as a condition of Substantial Completion.
5. The Contractor must provide the following Drawings and Attachments:
a. Pre and post installation closed-circuit television (CCTV) video recordings.
b. Installation logs, curing records, quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) documentation.
c. As-built records showing lined sections and reinstated connections.
d. Detailed progress pictures before and after cleaning.
e. Detailed progress pictures after completion.
f. Final CCTV Inspection with written acceptance by the Project Authority.
Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: None.
