Fit-Up, Les Terrasses de la Chaudière, 10 Wellington Street, Gatineau, QC
Project description:
To provide construction services to renovate the 6th and 7th floors at Les Terrasses de la Chaudière, 10 Wellington, Gatineau, Quebec for Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada (AANDC). The project consists of base-building upgrades and office space fit-up of the 6th and 7th floors (4,107.1 m²U / 4,409.3 m²R)at 10 Wellington from Les Terrasses de la Chaudière complex.
The drawings and specifications identifies work to be performed.
Work is to be completed within forty-eight (48) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $5,000,001.
MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
There will be a site visit on January 26, 2016 at 10:00am. Interested bidders shall meet at the main entrance, Commissionaire’s desk, Les Terrasses de la Chaudière, 10 Wellington Street, Gatineau, QC.
Bidders are advised that Photo ID will be required and Bidders must allow extra time tosign in at the main entrance.
Safety Attire - It is recommended that all persons attending the site visit have the proper safety footwear (CSA approved green patch).
