TENDER FOR ABATTOIR OPERATION AT JOYCEVILLE INSTITUTION
Correctional Service Canada (CSC) has identified an opportunity for a business to operate an abattoir utilizing buildings on Federal Crown property. Buildings are located at Joyceville Institution, 3766 Highway 15, Kingston, ON K7L 5E5. Buildings available are a steel-clad structure, approximately 871.2 square meters, and a livestock barn and paddock, approximately 1721.49 square meters. A chute connects the livestock barn to the steel-clad structure. The buildings will be operated and maintained by the successful business independently from CSC.

Offers must be received by June 19, 2026 at 14:00. Any response received after this date may not be considered.
Correctional Service Canada reserves the right to reject any or all offers.
