Nature of Requirements:
1. TITLE:
Fitness Facilities Corporate Membership for the Department of
National Defence, Joint Task Force North, Yellowknife, NT.
2. SECURITY:
There is no security requirement associated with the requirement.
3. REQUIREMENT:
The Department of National Defence, Joint Task Force North
(JTFN), Yellowknife, NT has a requirement for a corporate
membership to a fitness facility for military members posted to
JTFN and for visiting military members. The fitness facility
will be responsible for all the paperwork that the member needs
to complete, issuing the membership card, processing/managing
the paperwork, etc.. There may be approximately 300 members
using the facility.
4. COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIMS AGREEMENT (CLCA):
This procurement is subject to the Tlicho Agreement, Chapter 19
- Access to Tlicho Lands and Chapter 26 - Economic Measures
(http://www.aadnc-aandc.gc.ca/eng/1292946895091#chp19 and
http://www.aadnc-aandc.gc.ca/eng/1292946895091#chp26).
5. EVALUATION AND SELECTION:
Mandatory technical evaluation criteria are included in the
solicitation. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price
will be recommended for award of a contract.
6. PERIOD OF CONTRACT:
It is anticipated that any contract will be effective for a
period of one (1) year from the date of contract award plus two
(2) additional one-year option periods.
This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
English.
