Requirement:
This requirement is to procure one (1) inflatable awning shelter
to be delivered to Ottawa, Ontarioat for Health Canada.
Specification and Quantities:
One (1) inflatable shelter awning type is required and the
specifications can be found in this RFP in Annex "A".
Delivery Date:
Delivery Required (Desirable) - Firm Quantity
All firm deliverables are requested complete by March 31, 2015
All deliveries received after that date will be refused
Shipping Instructions - Delivery at Destination
Goods must be consigned to the destination specified in the
Contract and delivered:
Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), 2655 Lancaster, Ottawa, Ontario K1B
4L5. Incoterms 2000 for shipments from commercial contractor.
Delivery - Appointments
The Contractor must make deliveries to 2655 Lancaster, Ottawa,
Ontario K1B 4L5 by appointment only. The Contractor or its
carrier must arrange delivery appointments by contacting the
Depot Traffic Section at the appropriate with the (will be
provided at the time of contract award). The consignee may
refuse shipments when prior arrangements have not been made.
Enquiries:
To ensure a response before bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority, at least ten (7) calendar days
prior to the bid closing date.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
