DESCRIPTION:
This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) request involves
the provision, on an as and when ordered basis, of Nutritional
Supplements.
IDENTIFIED USER:
Veterans Affairs Canada, St.Anne's Hospital,
Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue, province of Quebec.
PERIOD OF STANDING OFFER:
From May 1, 2012 to April 30, 2013 inclusive.
One or more Standing Offers could be issued.

QUANTITIES:
The estimated quantities for each of the required items can be
found in Annex B - Working Document - List of products.
APPROXIMATE SCOPE OF THE STANDING OFFER:
The approximate scope of the Standing Offer is $100,000.00 for
the period from May 1, 2012 to April 30, 2013 inclusive.
TRADE AGREEMENTS:
"The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT)."

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
