To establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for
the supply of Heavy Equipment Accessories, such as cutting edges
for winter buckets on loaders, on an "as and when required"
basis to the Department of National Defence at CFB Petawawa,
Ontario.
The period for placing call-ups against the Standing Offer shall
be for three (3) years from date of issue.
