This requirement is to establish Regional Individual Standing
Offers (RISOs) for the supply and delivery of carbine
accessories as per the makes, models and/or part numbers
identified at Annex A, Requirement in the Request for Standing
Offer. The carbine accessories are as required by the Royal
Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) and will be delivered to the RCMP
Armourer Section located at Regina Saskatchewan.
The following carbine accessories are required:

Item 5 Pivoting Mount Compatible with Optic System
Item 6 Carbine Light System
Item 7 Light Mount

Item 11 Ergonomic Rubber Pistol Grip
Item 12 Enhanced Trigger Guard
Item 13 Enhanced AR15 Trigger
Item 14 Improved Ergonmic Buttstock
Item 15 Metal Magazine Enhancements for USGI/Colt 30 Round
Item 16 Protective Rail Covers for C8 IUR Upper Receiver
A separate Standing Offer may be issued for each Item requested.
Quantities are estimated at 500 annually for each line item.
The period of the Standing Offers will be from date of Standing
Offer award to November 30, 2013, with two one-year option
periods.
Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006 and 2007,
Offerors must submit a complete list of names of all individuals
who are currently directors of the Offeror. Furthermore, as
determined by the Special Investigations Directorate,
Departmental Oversight Branch, each individual named on the list
may be requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form.
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods
and/or services.
