Nature of Requirements:
Request for Regional Individual Standing Offer to purchase and
supply upon an as-and-when requested basis, non toxic soap which
must be used in cold water. Required to wash military and
commercial vehicles in wash bays belonging to the Department of
National Defence in the Quebec region.
The Offeror must include set-up and ensure the operation of all
consignment equipment and their components in each of the wash
bays. Must visit monthly the installations to verify the status
of this equipment and to ensure it is in good working condition.
Must refill the products whenever required and in accordance to
the requirements detailed in the Request for Regional Individual
Standing Offer.

The period of the Standing offer is 2 years firm following the
date of issue. Canada reserves the right to exercise one
additional optional year of 12 months , under the same terms and
conditions.

procurement.
