Requirement:
This requirement is to procure 113 blinds to be delivered and
installed to Ottawa, Ontario for Industry Canada.
Delivery and Installation Required (Desirable):
All firm deliverables are requested complete 60 days after the
contract award and the installation must be done not later than
30 days after the goods have been received.
Special Instruction:
2.5 MANDATORY SITE VISIT
It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site to take measurements and to check if
the frames can accept the goods requested in this solicitation.
Arrangements have been made for site visit to be held on
September 11, 2015 at 10:00 a.m EDT at 3701 Carling Avenue,
Ottawa, Ontario, Canada for the Building 2C and 2D. Bidders must
communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 3 days
before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the
names of the person who will attend. Bidders will be required to
sign an attendance form. Bidders who do not attend or send a
representative will not be given an alternative appointment and
their bids will be rejected as non-compliant. Any clarifications
or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit
will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

"visitor clearance request" to the Contracting Authority by

5454. The form is to be submitted by September 08, 2015 at 2:00

2.5.2 QUESTIONS DURING SITE VISIT
You can send in your questions prior to the visit up to two (2)
calendar days or seven (7) calendar days before the bid closing
date. No questions will be answered during the visit. Bidders
will be invited to submit their questions directly to the
Contracting Authority by email to
