Nature of Requirements:
Purchase and delivery of windows. Purchase of two types of
windows. Type 'A' and Type 'B' to be manufactured in accordance
to drawings provided by the Correctional Services of Canada.
The size of Type 'A' is 0.720 x 1.370 meters and that of Type
'B' is 0.730 x 1.270 meters. Forecast 50% left opening and 50%
right opening. Details of the technical specifications are in
the Request for Proposal.
Quantity required : 182 each for window Type 'A'
24 each for window Type 'B'
Delivery:
The contractor must deliver not later than 8 weeks from the date
of the contract at least 50% of the 206 windows and the
remaining 50% of the windows within the following 4 weeks to
complete the total order.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
