Amendment no. 1
The Notice of Proposed Procurement and the Request for Proposal
have been modified.
Delivery: The contractor must deliver not later than 8 weeks
from the date of the contract at least 50% of the 204 windows
and the remaining 50% of the windows within the following 4
weeks to complete the total order.
Purchase and delivery of windows. Purchase of two types of
windows. Type 'A' and Type 'B'to be manufactured in accordance
to drawings provided by the Correctional Services of Canada.
The size of Type 'A' is 0.720 x 1.370 meters and that of Type
'B' is 0.730 x 1.270 meters. Details of the technical
specifications are in the Request for Proposal.
Required for the Correctional Services of Canada, Construction
Corcan, Laval, P. Quebec.
Quantities required: 180 each for window Type 'A'
24 each for window Type 'B'
Delivery: Required 8 weeks following receipt of order.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
