Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada has a requirement for the
supply and installation of various surveillance cameras, in
accordance with Annex A - Requirement, Pricing and Delivery of
the Request for Proposal, in St-Hyacinthe, Quebec by 31 December
2013.
A mandatory site visit will be held on 02 October 2013 at 10:00
AM in the Food Research & Development Center at 3600, Casavant
Boulevard West, St-Hyacinthe, Quebec, Canada. Bidders must
communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than three
(3) calendar days before the scheduled visit to confirm
attendance and provide the names of the attendee(s) who will
attend. Bidders must attend the mandatory site visit in order
to bid on this solicitation process. Any clarifications or
changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit
will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. Late
arrivals will not be accepted.
