NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT
Procurement of Alternate Light Source (ALS) and auxiliary equipment.
The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase quantity four (4) ALS kits for Technical Security Inspection Team (TSIT).
Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid.
Nature of Requirement:
The TSIT routinely conducts countermeasures activities to prevent the collection of information by unauthorized person(s) using surreptitious audio, video and/or electronic listening techniques (i.e. to ensure that the facilities are free of clandestine devices). The TSIT section requires various electronic test and measurement equipment in the performance of these duties.
Delivery Date: no later than 28 February 2017
Competitive Procurement Strategy: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.
Security Requirements: This contract does not include security requirements.
