ACQUISITION AND INSTALLATION OF A STERILIZER
The Quebec laboratory of environmental testing (QLET), division
of Emergencies Operational Analytical Laboratories and Research
Support, wishes to purchase a new instrument for automated
sterilization of media and glassware to replace an obsolete
sterilizer. This instrument will be used by users from different
areas of the Science and Technology of water branch in Montreal.
Mandatory Criteria
All system components must be delivered no later than March 31st
2013. The system must be delivered and installed at Environment
Canada laboratory QLET
105, McGill Street, 7th floor
Montreal, Quebec
H2Y 2E7
- It is the responsibility of the supplier to include all
necessary documents to demonstrate that the proposed system
meets the specifications. The supplier must not only respond yes
or requirement met.
Options
The supplier must provide a price list valid for 12 months after
the date of installation of the device for the following
options. The QLET reserves the right to purchase all the desired
options in the year following the installation of the equipment.
- Additional year warranty including parts and labor, year 2,
with a preventive maintenance visit.
- A two-year contract preventive maintenance including labor,
covering the year 3 and 4, with one visit per year.
- Provide a price list for parts and consumables for the
equipment supplied.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
