public advertising of tenders.

The Department of National Defence has a requirement for a
National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) to supply highly
specialized adhesive and accelerator products for the
maintenance of aircrew immersion suits, life preservers and life
rafts, as detailed below.
Technical Description:
Item 001: NSN 8040-01-498-9825 - Adhesive
Part Number: FA1030
Unit of issue: must be in 1 litre/1quart containers
Shelf life: must be within 12 months from date of order.
Item 002: NSN 8040-01-499-1916 - Accelerator
Part Number: FA 1030ACC
Unit of issue: must be in ½ litre/1 pint containers
Shelf life: must be within 12 months from date of order.
The goods will be delivered to the Edmonton (Alb), Montreal
(QC), Esquimalt (BC) and Halifax (NS) Supply Depot. TO BE
CONFIRM BY DND.
The work under this requirement will be carried out for a two
(2) years period from the issuance of the Standing Offer, with
an option to extend the period by one (1) additional year under
the same terms and conditions.
The work under this requirement will be completed on an "as and
when required basis".
Debriefings
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers
process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer
Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of
the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be
in writing, by telephone or in person.
