Nature of Requirements:
The Pas Airport, MB, Environment Canada Balloon Inflation
Building Renovations.

Work of this contract comprises the furnishing of all labour,
materials, equipment and supervision required for renovation and
fit-up of the balloon launching building and installation of a
new hydrogen generator (HOGEN) and related work at the
Environment Canada facility located at The Pas Airport, The Pas,
MB, as specified /and or indicated in the drawings and
specifications.

Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms and
special instructions which are available directly from the MERX
site.

Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version. Bidders should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.

It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all
addenda issued prior to bid closing have been obtained and
addressed in the submitted bid.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement. "This PWGSC office provides procurement services to
the public in English." Sealed bids will be received in English

Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3C 2Z1.
