This request for proposals is being issued to meet the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development's (DFATD) "the client" requirement under the Task and Solution-Based Professional Services (TSPS) procurement method.The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) is seeking a Monitoring Officer to assess the performance of projects in the education sector in Mali, advise DFATD with regard to improving results, find new opportunities and prevent certain risks.
