Agriculture and Agri-food Canada require the purchase of a three
furrow reversible plough with a three point hitch, as per the
detailed Statement of Work at Annex "A".

This requirement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade
(AIT); and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
