This Notice of Intent (“NOI”) is hereby issued to formally notify that Agriculture Financial Services Corporation (AFSC) intends to participate in the procurement of goods and/or services through competitive processes conducted by the following buying groups, in accordance with applicable trade agreements and procurement policies.

• Kinetic GPO
• Canoe Procurement Group of Canada

AFSC will leverage procurement arrangements established through competitive processes conducted by these groups to efficiently source goods and services for the Crown Corporation.
