This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 6D024-193081/B dated August 25, 2020 with a closing date of October 2, 2020 at 14:00 EDT.
The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), Office of Emergency Response Services (OERS) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of 6,000,000 Bifurcated Needles. The requirement must meet all of the mandatory technical requirements and mandatory technical evaluation criteria, as specified in Annex A of the Request for Proposal.
Suppliers who submitted a bid during bid solicitation number 6D024-193081/B have been invited directly to submit a bid.
Bids will be assessed against mandatory technical requirements. Canada reserves the right to award one or multiple contracts (a maximum of 2 contracts) for any responsive bid in order to fulfil its overall requirement. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
Delivery to Ottawa, ON is mandatory on or before March 31, 2021.
