The AESO is seeking one or more qualified partners to provide ServiceNow Configuration and Support Services in a hybrid work environment for a period of up to five (5) years beginning January 2027. As further described in Appendix E, the Services include but are not limited to the following two distinct scopes of work:
(a) Service A - Configuration and Development Support Services (“Service A”)
(b) Service B - Operational Support Services (“Service B”)
