Alberta Electric System Operator - Request for Proposal - Cost of Capital Report: Power Generation Facilities

The AESO is seeking to retain a service provider for a period of approximately six (6) months to, among other things, develop a report for the AESO that provides the estimated Weighted Average Cost of Capital (“WACC”) for a utility-scale greenfield natural gas power generation facility in Alberta’s “Energy-Only” electricity market and present the report to electricity industry stakeholders.
