Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Services:
ALTR2014, Fire Protection Inspection, Testing, Maintenance and Minor Repair Contract, Atlantic Region
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from Contractors to provide the necessary services for the Inspection, Testing, Maintenance and Minor Repair (ITM) of fire detection systems of all identified buildings and their associated infrastructure within the defined property.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP). The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as the Proponent’s organizational structure and approach and methodology. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.
This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents.
The Contractor will be required to provide ITM services for an initial length period from Contract Award to 31 March 2016. If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the contract may be extended for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods beyond the initial length period.
