Transport Canada thanks you for your request and your interest in our procurement process. All qualified suppliers SA Holders against TBIPS Tier 2 have been invited to submit a proposal. TC will not be adding any additional suppliers to this solicitation.
Transport Canada has met the mandatory requirements under the PSPC TBIPS SA and we are confident that we will be receiving a sufficient number of proposals to make this a truly competitive process. With our current staffing limitations, we cannot invite additional proponents without creating undo process of inefficiencies within our procurement system. This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 2 for services in the National Capital Region for the following categories:
Up to eight (8) B.7 Business Transformation Architects (Lev 3)
Description of Work:
Transport Canada requires the services of up to eight (8) BTA senior Level 3, to to provide support and advice that will help facilitate a user-centric approach to use user research to design the user experience of applications/systems (prototypes), create the layout, workflow, and styles and promote common terminology in IM/IT projects. within Transport Canada.
**This is a new requirement and no services provided within the past 12 months.
